2003 R6 Title in hand laid it down at 25mph pics inside

Laid it down on mars hill road had a vehicle trying to pass me when i was turning bumped the vehicle and went to the ground the frame sliders saved this thing for sure
damages are as follows no damage on right side. right side is still mint pics Below...

left side damages:
frame slider
clutch lever bent slightly
bar end worn from the lay down
fering brace
Tank scratch/dent
mirror backside scuffed a little bit
left side headlight assembly poped out on the laydown still have it
Needs rear tire holds air but has a slow leak from plug
